Should I get offended if firefighters honk at my girlfriend?

I'm not american or a guy, but don't worry about it. You're just protective about it, if I was dating someone and firefights honked at me i would understand why my boyfriend would get jealous. The firefighters were just trying to have a good time, don't stress about it. :)
